Do not tailgate when entering or exiting the facility.
Parking areas are under constant video surveillance surrounded by a 6' fence.
If tenants are accompanied by guests, the guests must stay with the tenant at all times and are the tenant’s responsibility.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
If pets are brought onto the premises, they must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after.
All non-motorized vehicles are required to have a minimum of two wheel chocks surrounding vehicle wheels at all times while stored in the facility. We recommend the use of rubber chock blocks against those made of natural material as they are subject to mold, rotting, etc.
While on the property, the speed limit is 5 MPH. No careless or reckless driving is permitted on the premises.
The premises are reserved for the storage of RVs and Campers. No other items may be stored in our units.
There will be no playing of any type of musical instruments, garage sales, auctions, flea market sales or other public sales.
There is also no working in the unit allowed.
This includes working on cars, motorcycles, hobbies, crafting. Etc.
The storage facility does not allow the illegal use of any kind and any use deemed inappropriate by the manager or staff of the facility.
The facility owners do not insure the tenant’s goods. Insurance is the sole responsibility of the tenant. All tenants are required to have insurance on all stored properties.
